The Global Economic Alliance is an independent, nonpartisan think tank focused on the foundational questions the AI industry refuses to ask.
Our work spans two domains: the scientific and engineering foundations of AGI and ASI — what intelligence actually is as a physical phenomenon — and the economic, legal, and governance transformations that follow when cognition is no longer scarce.
We don't build AI products. We take on research engagements only when they are directly aligned with our mission. We study what intelligence is, what happens when it's engineered, and what it means for the civilization that created it.
We do not take money from special interest groups of any kind. Our funding comes from events where we share research and challenge the industry, and from mission-aligned research partnerships.

Mounir Shita is a research scientist and theoretical physicist who has spent nearly three decades investigating the nature of intelligence. His work centers on a fundamental claim: that intelligence is a physical phenomenon requiring its own scientific theory before it can be engineered. He formalized this in the Theory of General Intelligence and expanded it in his book Science of Intelligence. He is the founder of Kimera Systems, a former AGI research startup, and currently leads EraNova Global and the Global Economic Alliance.
Gabriele Viebach is a serial entrepreneur and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience guiding technology companies through disruptive transitions. As Chairwoman of the Emerging Information Technology Markets Group at the Diplomatic Council, a UN-accredited think tank, she developed the organization's Global Digital Agenda. Her career spans board-level leadership across Europe, with a consistent focus on translating visionary technology into executable strategy.
Adam Peer is a technology strategist with experience across emerging AI, intelligent automation, enterprise applications, and global e-commerce systems. Originally from South Africa, he brings a perspective shaped by both mature and emerging markets. Adam's background spans advanced engineering environments, large-scale IT modernization, and AI-driven strategy — expertise he now channels into responsible progress toward artificial general intelligence.
